Description

The City of St. Petersburg ("City") is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive loan portfolio management services for its affordable housing programs. The City's portfolio includes deferred, forgivable, and amortizing loans issued to support affordable housing development, rehabilitation, and homeownership initiatives.The selected vendor shall assist the City with the administration, tracking, monitoring, and management of the loan portfolio to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining fiscal accountability and program integrity. Services may include loan servicing and asset management, compliance and regulatory monitoring, financial management and reporting, risk mitigation and default management, program income tracking, data management, reconciliation, and performance evaluation.
