{"description":" This solicitation covers the application of fire-resistant insulation to the ceilings of the bedrooms hall at the ground floor of the residence to isolate the hall for evacuation purposes. The work includes repairing the ceiling affected by the application of the fireproofing and painting the ceiling hall to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the Chief of Mission Residence. Additional scope includes ceiling and walls construction, painting, and sealing penetrations with fire-resistant materials. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. \n\n The performance period is stated in the solicitation. \n\n The Government will hold a site visit to inspect the area where the works will take place on the date stated in the solicitation. \nThe Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
