{"description":" Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm \nFixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the rental of six (6) self-contained walk-in refrigerated \nbox (electric) for the acceptable space for food and medicine storage. \n\n The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR \nsubpart 12.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed \ncontract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate \nwith Total Small Businesses only. \n\n The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is \n 532210- Consumer Electronics and Appliances Rental . The small business size standard is $47.0 (size \nstandards in millions of dollars). The Product Service Code is W041. \n\n The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in \nelectronic form. Once available, the solicitation will be posted on SAM, https://sam.gov. \n\n Solicitation N42158-26-Q-0010 and subsequent amendments will be posted to this website \n(beta.sam.gov). Prospective Offeror's are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation \nand for frequently monitoring the Beta SAM website for solicitation amendments. The Government is not \nresponsible for inability of the Offeror's to access solicitation documents posted. Prospective Offeror's \nshould also register at Beta SAM on the interested vendor list under N42158-25-Q-0010. No telephone \nor FAX requests will be accepted, and no hardcopy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. \nOfferor's must also be registered in the System for Award Management in order to participate in this \nprocurement at https://sam.gov. \n\n By submitting a quotation, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor \nowners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal \nagency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quotation. By submission of a \nquotation, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the \nSystem for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final \npayment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be \nperformed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror \nineligible for award. Offeror’s may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation \nrequirements via the Internet at https://sam.gov. \n\n All questions shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation, dates and procedures.
