The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing Oncotype Genetic (Gene Expression) Reference Lab Testing Services that includes but is not limited to: specimen preparation and storage; transportation of clinical laboratory specimens; performance of analytical testing; reporting of analytical test results; and consultative services. The Contractor shall be approved to provide clinical diagnostic laboratory tests under both Medicare and Medicaid regulations and all applicable federal and state laws. \nThe Contractor shall be capable of providing the following gene expression tests (OR EQUIVALENT): \na) Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score Assay (81519); b) Oncotype DX Breast DCIS Score Assay (0045U); c) Oncotype DX Colon Recurrence Score Assay (81525): d) Oncoguard Liver CPT (81599); \ne) OncoExtra (0329U); and f) Cologuard CPT (81528)\n\nThis requirement is for the following VA Medical Centers:\nRocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N. Wheeling St, Aurora, CO, 80045\nVA Montana Health Care System, 3687 Veterans Dr., Fort Harrison, MT 59636\nOklahoma City VA Health Care System, 921 NE 13th St, Oklahoma City, OK, 74104\nSalt Lake City VA Health Care System, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, Ut 84148\n\nNCO 19 is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB); (3) Small or emerging small business firms; or (4) Large businesses who can fulfill the requirement. This Sources Sought notice is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. All SDVOSB, VOSB, small and large businesses capable of fulfilling the requirement are invited to respond. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary.
