In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c) the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (Nov 2023) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (May 2024) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at this internet address - www.acquisition.gov/far and are attached. \n\n Please be advise that this is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement with complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above to Ana Villanueva at Ana.M.Villanueva@dea.gov by Friday, December 05, 2025, by 10:00AM, EST. \n\n A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
