Description

Lom municipality is the contracting authority for the project. The project includes new buildings for sheltered accomodations for people with reduced functional abilities, with a total of 12 units with the accompanying common area, personnel base and support functions, total approx. 1429m² gross area. The project includes and development of approx. 3,050 m² outdoor area. See the other documents and requirement specifications in the tender documentation part 2.
