TASK AND SOLUTIONS- BASED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TSPS) (TASK BASED)

This requirement is for Public Services Commission of Canada This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under TSPS SA E60ZT-18TSPS who qualify under Tier 1 in the National Capital Commission area and for the following streams: Steam 2 and Stream 3. Description of the Requirement: The Public Service Commission (PSC) requires the services of two (2) Senior Financial Specialists, two (2) Intermediate Financial Specialists, and one (1) Senior Business Consultant. The selected resources will conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of the PSC’s funding models, including but not limited to Vote Netted Revenues, A-base funding, and cost recovery mechanisms. The objective is to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in financial sustainability, service delivery efficiency, and strategic resource allocation.
