In order to obtain access to the attachment, the Offeror shall download, complete, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (Attachment #13 NDA for CUI Attachment) for each individual requiring access to the non-public documents. To ensure a streamlined process, the Prime Offeror shall designate a single Point of Contact (POC) responsible for collecting all required Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from its team members and subcontractors. The POC will then submit the consolidated NDAs as a single, package to the contract Specialist, Shauna Tangemann, at shauna.m.tangemann.civ@us.navy.mil. The body of the submission email must clearly identify the solicitation number, full names of the individuals for whom NDAs are being submitted, specifying whether they are a team member or subcontractor.
