EZ108-260557 – Esquimalt Graving Dock Dock Walls and Seismic Upgrades

Description

The requirement includes mandatory pre construction services, which include: working collaboratively with the design team and the Departmental Representative; supporting design development and analysis of implementation options; reviewing construction feasibility and project phasing; providing planning of the work including methodology and schedule; undertaking constructability reviews and value engineering. At Canada’s discretion, the Contract may be amended to include construction services. These services may include: managing work sequencing and construction activities based on the final design; soliciting fair and transparent competitive bids; hiring and coordinating subcontractors and trade work packages; coordinating repair works within an active dry dock environment to minimize impacts to operations.
