Aligns to the high-level capabilities, ideally with configurable settings and minimal if any customisation required 2. Efficiently supports the required integrations, ideally using APIs to link to other key internal systems 3. Is flexible enough to adapt to changes in Transpower’s regulatory reporting environment in an efficient way 4. Is scalable and will support Transpower’s future growth 5. Is backed with a product development commitment and strategy for ongoing product development. This would include a product roadmap and investment to ensure the solution will remain modern and innovative into the foreseeable future.
