The preference is for Offsite manufacture with minimal on-site disruption. The MOE design standards for Weathertightness, Acoustics, Air Quality, Lighting and Fire/Safety are included, tenders should note in their submissions if there are any areas of their standard buildings that do not meet the MOE standards. The Contract will be based on the MOE NZS3916 Design and Construct Contract conditions attached. Submissions must be made on the RFP form attached.
