2.6 Change Management Consultant Level 2

Description

The objective of this engagement is to obtain the services of a hands-on L2 Change Management Specialist who will lead and execute comprehensive change-management activities across multiple transformation initiatives within NRC’s National Program Office. The resource will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering all required change-management components—communications, engagement, training, readiness, and adoption activities—to ensure staff across NPO, CSTIP programs, and NRC Research Centers are prepared for and supported through the various transitions.
