The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for personalised home demonstrations and videos with QR codes to 83 units varying between affordable, intermediate and market rent flats. The objective is to deliver enhanced customer service by detailed walkthrough home demonstrations with individual occupants and produce high quality QR code videos which can be accessible anytime for reference, thereby reducing customer call outs. Barlby Road New Homes scheme is a new build scheme at RBKC consisting of 83 units in total which include a mixture of one, two and three bed apartments spread across four blocks, and consists of a studio and a sports facility.
