UNDP Rwanda invites technically qualified consultancy firms to submit proposals for the installation, commissioning, calibration, software configuration, validation, and user training of laboratory equipment at the timbuktoo Health Tech Hub in Kigali, Rwanda. The assignment involves the deployment of one (1) Opentrons Flex liquid handling robot and three (3) 3D printers, as well as the delivery of a comprehensive hands-on training program for at least ten (10) users. The selected firm will be responsible for ensuring that the equipment is fully operational, compliant with manufacturer specifications and laboratory safety standards, and that users are equipped with the skills required for operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. The contract duration is expected to be four (4) months, including installation, training, and post-installation support.
