Provision of Architect or Engineer led Design Team Consultancy Services for development at 1-2 Riverview, Church Street, Newtown, Corofin, Co Clare V95 ANP8. The development will consist of: The demolition of 1-2 Riverview buildings and associated outbuildings and boundary wall and the development of a single storey NPWS Visitor Centre for The Burren National Park, 3 storey NPWS office building, car parking facilities with associated vehicle access points and ramp and all associated site development, boundary and landscaping works. .
