The following factors shall be used to evaluate \noffers: \nLowest Price Technically Acceptable \nThe following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: \n1) Pricing \n2) Technical \nPricing – The government will add all 5 years of pricing for a cumulative total. Pricing will be \ncompared to the government’s independent government cost estimate. A baseline for a \nSatisfactory rating shall be utilized from the government’s IGCE. \nTechnical Capabilities shall be evaluated based on understanding of the Statement of Work, \nand planned execution of the project. \nCombined Synopsis/Solicitation RFQ # IHS1524836 \nPage 3 of 4 \n-Vendor shall provide on-site Emergency and Planned Maintenance support during the \nterm of the Agreement.
