The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, commercial standards, instruction of Concrete Pole Consulting Association, and Japanese Construction Law. \n\n The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional certification for the entire life of this contract. A copy of the certificates or permits must be submitted prior to contract award. \n\n 1. Concrete Pole Inspector \n\n 2. Non-destructive testing technician for Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Level 2 \n\n 3. Certified Electrician, 1st Class \n\n 4. Architect, 2nd Degree or more. \n\n Note 1: All work for this project shall be performed exclusively in Japan. The contract price shall be inclusive of all travel and lodging expenses required for project execution. \n"}
