RFQ P26.1.1 Organize food distribution events, rail stations, Honolulu, USA

Introduction Only suppliers based in Hawaii, USA are eligible to participate in this RFQ. The City is seeking a qualified event management vendor to plan, coordinate, and execute two (2) food distribution events at Hōʻaeʻae and/or Honouliuli Hoʻopili stations. Each event should be safe, efficient, and welcoming, with the capacity to serve up to 150 households per event. The events will take place between 15 th of September and 15 th October 2025. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders .
