Work includes the design and installation and removal of fencing and replace the fences at the youth center, Building 348, and Building 916, the Education Center, on Columbus AFB., Ms. All materials will be contractor furnished. This general outline of work does not, in any way, limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work as specified herein. \n\n NO ADVANCED PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR THIS CONTRACT. \n\n Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit \non 29 April 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. Attendance is highly encouraged but not \nmandatory. Please note that registration is required by 3:00 PM CDT on 24 \nApril 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe dropoff \nlink to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) \ndocument (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact \nthe POC by 3:00 PM CDT on 24 April 2026, you will not be able to attend \nthe site visit. \n\n \n Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID. \nVehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has \ndriver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. \n\n \n IMPORTANT : All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB’s Visitors \nCenter early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to \narrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave \nthe visitors center at 10:00 AM. \n\n Factors being utilized to evaluate proposals are: \n1. See clause 52.212-2 in Attachment 2 Provisions and Clauses. \n2. Quote: (See Pricing Schedule on page 3 of the Combined Synopsis \nattachment. The quote must include the total price of completion of the \nentire job outlined in the SOW. \n2: Capability Statement: Submit capability statement in accordance with \nthe Statement of Work. \nA completed Quote and Capability Statement shall be submitted via email \nto mcgil_jan.sabado.1@us.af.mil and CC'd to willie.common.1@us.af.mil \nno later than 12:00 PM CDT on 13 May 2026 for consideration. Please do \nnot copy and paste the Statement of Work. Questions/RFI are due no later than \n3:00 PM CDT, 6 May 2026 .
