AVITI24 upgrade

Description

The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) requires the supply, installation, and commissioning of the AVITI24 upgrade system for its existing AVITI sequencing platform. The AVITI24 upgrade provides: • a 50% increase in sequencing output without altering existing workflows or consumables; • integrated in situ multiomics capabilities, enabling spatially resolved detection of transcripts, proteins, and morphological markers within intact cellular architecture; • a unified platform supporting both Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and high content spatial multiomics. This upgrade is essential to maintain compatibility with NRC’s existing AVITI infrastructure while expanding analytical capabilities.
