This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by East Texas A&M University (“Lead Entity”) in collaboration with the State of Florida and the Procurement Professionals Alliance RFxPremier cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements for an Online Marketplace Platform.An Online Marketplace Platform is a platform that allows for capabilities for both availability of products and pricing of products. This RFP is seeking Vendor solutions for such a platform. The platform must be accessible via a webpage and offer detailed reporting of purchases made using the platform.
