All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. \nSee “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. \nStatement of Requirement \nThe USDA, ARS Thad Cochran Southern Horticulture Research Center 810 Hwy 26 West Poplarville, MS 39470. The Contractor in accordance with the requirements of these specifications shall perform the services identified in the Matrix of Services. Such services include providing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and other items or services necessary for the performance of the work unless otherwise stated herein. The Government has not made and will not make any efforts at determining square footage. It is the responsibility of all prospective bidders to visit the site and make appropriate determinations of size of areas and services required within each area. \nThis solicitation has a mandatory site visit on 18 February 2026 at 10:00 am local time (CDT).
