Introduction EVENT PLANNING SERVICES FOR THE COMMISSIONING OF THE POLICE TRAINING SCHOOL, CALABAR UNDP Nigeria is seeking the services of an event management firm based in Nigeria with demonstrable experience in executing similar events of the nature stipulated in the TOR. The firm will be expected to provide end-to-end event management, branding, and production services for the Commissioning of the Police Training School. The scope includes, but is not limited to: 1. Event Design and Programme Development 2. Venue Preparation and Setup (Odukpani Host Locations 3. Multisite Technical Production and Live Projections 4. Stakeholder Engagement and Protocol Management 5. Logistics, Travel, and Accommodation 6. Media 7. Publicity, Communications, and Visibility 8. Health, Safety, and Security Coordination 9.
