Framework agreement for the procurement of software

Description

This is a framework agreement for the delivery of licences and licence services as well as ongoing advice and assistance connected to the optimum composition of such licences and services. The contracting authority needs a high degree of flexibility when ordering, using and managing licences and services. The contracting authority has a stated goal of cost efficiency and optimal utilisation of the licence portfolio and would like to limit the ordered licence volume to what is necessary to cover the actual need. The delivery shall facilitate ongoing assessments and an optimal composition of licence types that always cover the users ́needs and the current security requirements.
