We require relocation services to move and transport items between the current building on Lambton Quay to the new location on Molesworth Street. The relocation will occur between December 2025 – March 2026. This may also include supporting MFAT with recycling, disposal of rubbish and unwanted items. The supplier will be required to work with MFAT and other MFAT’s contractors to coordinate a smooth transition, minimising workplace disruption in accordance with MFAT’s security and business requirements, such as having the appropriate vehicles and supervision protocols. The tender is anticipated to be released on GETS the week of 25 August 2025, with the estimated deadline for proposals on the week of 22 September 2025.
