Framework agreement LSP (Licensing Solutions Providers) for Microsoft licences in Udir

Description

The objective of the agreement is to procure a Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) for the purchase of Microsoft licenses, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Education licenses. The Norwegian Directorate for Education (Udir) shall easily carry out licence procurements and administer purchased licences in a customer portal. See the requirements described in Annex 1 of the SSA-K procurement agreement. The agreement shall cover Udir's requirements for the following: Procurement of Microsoft licences or subscriptions for Microsoft products.
