Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than 02/14/2026 at 12:00pm MST. \n\n A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
