Description

The flat roofing at CFS Leitrim covers approximately 9529 square meters. Building B250 has a total of 17 connected roof surfaces; 1 large main roof, 2 entrance canopies, and 14 additional roofs. This requirement to remove and replace Roof A which is approximately 5,350 square meters. There are optional requirements to remove and replace Roof M (181 sq m), Roof T (53 sq m), Roof N (343 sq m), Roof O (45 sq m) and Roof R (3 sq m). CFS Leitrim is a federal facility which houses sensitive government material. Given the context of this DND facility, all work must be carried out with the consideration of sensitive material being housed within the building below. Cameras or any electronics are not allowed on site. There is a site visit scheduled June 26th 2025, see tender documents for further information.
