Competition for this procurement is restricted to verified SBA Cert SERVICE- DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) Contractors. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in https://search.certifications.sba.gov/\n\nThe NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 All Other Specialty Contractors, with\na Size Standard of $45 million IAW VAAR 852.219-10 the VetCert (formerly VIP listed) SDVOSB. Prospective Contractor is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the\nconstruction work. \n\nSCOPE OF WORK:\nThe Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, test equipment, shop drawings, technical manuals, transportation, calculations, and safety, necessary to Replace Floors accordance with VA specifications at http://www.cfm.va.gov/til/specs.asp.
