Price Quote (Required – Standalone Document) \nThe offeror shall provide a separate, standalone price quote document. The use of government forms (e.g., SF 1449) in lieu of a quote is not acceptable. \nThe price quote must clearly include, at a minimum: \n\n \n\t Item name/description \n\t Quantity \n\t Unit price \n\t Total amount \n \n\n The price quote shall be presented in a clear, itemized format suitable for evaluation and incorporation into any resultant award. \n\n 2. Technical/Delivery Information (Section E Requirements) \nThe offeror shall provide a separate document, or include within the quote, a narrative addressing the requirements outlined in Section E, including but not limited to: \nTechnical Capability \nPrice \nProduct Warranty \n\n 3. Submission Format \nAll required documents shall be submitted as separate attachments or combined. The Government will evaluate quotations based on the information provided in these documents. \n\n Failure to provide the required standalone price quote and Section E information may result in the quotation being considered incomplete for evaluation purposes. \n\n The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until April 17, 2026 @ 12:00pm EDT. \n"}
