{"description":" January 27, 2026 \n\n NOTICE OF INTENT \n\n The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to iconectiv of 100 Somerset Corporate Blvd., Bridgewater, NJ 08807 for one-year subscription to the Local Number Portability Enhanced Analytical Platform by using a Limited Sources Justification per (FAR) 13.101(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), vendors that feel they can provide the systems necessary to support and meet the Government’s requirement may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency. \n\n Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above to Madeline.Rhodes2@dea.gov and be received by the archive date of this notice. \n\n A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
