To support the development of legal and operational mechanism for alternative childcare services in Moldova

Description

The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks a national supplier to develop the legal and operational mechanism for alternative childcare services in Moldova, supporting the formalization of the care economy and improving access to decent work and quality childcare. The objective of this assignment is to develop the legal, regulatory and operational framework for the implementation of employment contracts between natural persons in the provision of individualized childcare services, including procedures for the registration and record-keeping of such contracts, as well as for the declaration and payment of social security and mandatory health insurance contributions by individual employers for individual employees, and to review the current patent-based regime with a view to its replacement with an alternative legal and organizational form applicable to the provision of alternative childcare services.
