Description

The contracting authority is a complex organisation with approx. 5,000 employees and has a continual and comprehensive need for recruitment throughout the entire year. The contracting authority attaches great importance to maintaining a high professional level in all parts of the recruitment process. In order to ensure the quality and safety of employment, the Contracting Authority annually carries out approx. 500 background checks. This is an important tool for i.a. verifying that the right candidate is chosen for the position.
