Upgraded Attitude and Heading Reference System

Description

The National Research Council (“NRC”) has a requirement for the supply of two LCR-100 Attitude Heading reference Systems (AHRS) / Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) and associated installation hardware and engineering data. The LCR-100 system was chosen as a modern replacement due to their capability (particularly operations at high latitudes), reliability, small size, minimal power requirements and NRC’s familiarity with the system (currently used on NRC’s Twin Otter aircraft).
