RFT13109: Pre-employment screening services

Description

The Services form part of the Agency's personnel security framework and support recruitment and workforce engagement activities across the Agency. This procurement seeks to establish a contractual arrangement for the provision of pre-employment screening services that support workforce integrity, personnel security, and organisational risk management objectives. The Agency requires pre-employment screening services to support recruitment, onboarding and personnel security activities. Detailed requirements for the Services are set out in Part B – Services and Essential Requirements of the Request for Tender. The Agency currently engages an external provider to deliver these services and is undertaking this procurement through an open approach to market to establish a new contractual arrangement. The procurement will ensure continued access to secure, compliant and efficient screening services that meet the Agency's operational and personnel security requirements. The desired outcome of this procurement is the provision of secure, reliable, efficient and compliant pre-employment screening services that enable the Agency to assess the suitability of prospective personnel, support informed engagement decisions, and maintain a trusted and appropriately screened workforce.
