The sidewalk at the front entrance has sinking and settling areas of concrete. The repair is required to lift and stabilize the concrete to grade in efforts to reduce tripping hazards to the following areas, the circular drive, sidewalk 1 &2, and the front entrance. All joints to areas lifted and stabilized are to be filled with industry standard joint sealant to manufacturer specifications to prevent water infiltration for protection and a clean finished look.\nThere will be no specifications and drawings for this project, pictures will be provided along with a Statement of Work (SOW). \n\nThe NAICS code for this procurement is 238110 Poured concrete and foundation and structure contractors, with a small business size standard of $19.0M.
