Art Center Termite Tenting

Description

The City of Palo Alto is seeking qualified, licensed structural fumigation contractors to perform complete building fumigation (tenting) of the Palo Alto Art Center, located at 1313 Newell Road, for the eradication of drywood termites. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, fumigants, safety measures, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The project includes complete structural fumigation, building preparation and sealing, monitoring, aeration, clearance certification, chemical reporting, and a minimum one-year warranty against drywood termite reinfestation. The fumigation is anticipated to take place during the last two weeks of December 2026
