Suppliers must demonstrate a strong approach and methodology for managing and executing the work and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a wider delivery team. This project must be delivered within the capped available budget of $1,200,000.00, and contractors will be expected to plan and execute their work accordingly to ensure cost control and value for money. The contractor will be appointed as a Main Contractor and is expected to have experience in managing subcontractors, including a builder for minor building works.
