RFI - fire and rescue train

Description

Bane NOR is in the process of replacing our railway fire and rescue train. Through this request for information (RFI), Bane NOR aims to get an overview and the market for fire and rescue train solutions. Bane NOR aims to get more insight into: - Standard fire and rescue train concept and different concepts — self-propelled units, locomotive and wagons, or rail-road hybrid vehicles—are of interest. - Production lead times and manufacturing capacity - Technical concept and different energy carrier - Estimated budget prices We would like written feedback on the various functions, concept, and relevant past projects/deliveries. Later, it may be appropriate to have a follow-up meeting with the supplier. We want all responses to be sent to our contact person. Deadline for written feedback is 19.09.2025
