This issue has been causing floodwaters to affect the properties along North Terrace Road. Based on the assessment of collected information, including the locations of existing services, the existing yard fence, road operation during construction, existing pavement, groundwater level, and available construction locations, the recommended improvement is to construct an elongated soakage system under the North Terrace Road pavement (referred to as soakage trenches).
