The service aims to enhance public safety, deter antisocial behaviour, and support the wellbeing of bus users, drivers, and the wider community. The contract is focused on the Tauranga central city interchange with defined staffing requirements, along with expectations for daily and weekly reporting, robust health and safety systems, and reliable service continuity. Respondents must hold appropriate security licensing, meet mandatory H&S pre-qualification and insurance thresholds, and demonstrate strong capability, capacity, and relevant experience.
