The project will DQLS fully (3 TS) or partially (2 TS) 5 TS, replace window hardware that prevents the windows opening and closing and remediate damaged timber framing as required. (Rooms H4 to H8) . 2. Rooms H4, H5 H6 accommodate hard tech learning spaces and lack secured storage. The 3 x storage areas next to Room H4 will be reconfigured into two spaces to include a large lockable storage space. 3. The 3 x toilets are in poor condition and quantity is insufficient for location. The project will reconfigure underutilised storage and existing toilet space into six self-contained toilets (2 x girls, 2 x boys, 1 x accessible and 1x unisex)
