Only companies maintaining such cleared facilities and the appropriate personnel clearances will be eligible to perform the resulting contract. \n\n The reference for the IFB is IFB-CO-15571-TACSAT and all correspondence concerning the IFB should include this reference. \n\n The NCI Agency plans to issue an IFB using the ICB Procedure for Lowest Priced Technically Compliant (LPTC) evaluations. A single, firm-fixed price contract is planned for the entire scope of work. \n\n SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS \n\n Please see attached. These requirements are being refined and will be included in further detail in the IFB. \n\n BECOMING ELIGIBLE TO BID \n\n NATO ICB requires that the U.S. Government issue a DOE for potential U.S. prime contractors interested in this project.
