Council’s intention is to appoint either a single supplier with the full in-house capability, or a consortium led by a Lead Supplier, to deliver the full package of assessments. The technical assessments include: a. Geotechnical Assessment b. Contaminated Land and HAIL Assessment c. Natural Hazard Assessment d. Infrastructure Assessment (Stormwater, Wastewater, Potable Water) e. Transport Assessment f. Ecological and Environmental Assessment g. Reverse Sensitivity Assessment h. Urban Design Assessment i. Structure Plan Development Suppliers are advised that Council has set a target price for this work to ensure focus on quality, value, and coordinated delivery. Suppliers should ensure their proposals and assessments align with the Eastern Bay Spatial Plan (EBSP) and its Implementation Plan, drawing on relevant EBSP reports where appropriate.
