Specific Tasks. \n\nThe work calls for a complete design and construction of the removal and replacement of all roofing material that is determined to be necessary for replacement within building 143. This includes but not limited to:\nThe gutters are to be replaced, they shall be all copper with soldered connections\nThe leaders are to be replaced as needed\nLighting protection\nSnow guards as necessary\nDecking allowance as necessary up to of 100% to be included\n\nDemolition includes but not limited to the removal of existing roofing, the removal of damaged or deteriorated decking, removal of exiting lightning protection and the removal of existing gutters and downspouts.\n\nProvide a PIH/CIH consultant for review of the VA Medical Center asbestos inspection report.
