TVHS has received approval for procurement of clinical space in the Maury County, TN area. This Community Based Outpatient Clinics will offer primary, specialty, mental health, and additional services to Veterans. The Maury County (Columbia) clinic will be approximately 45,862 net usable square feet and will greatly improve access and services in the area.\n\nThe scope includes project support for planning, activating, outfitting, and transitioning the staff and Veterans/patients associated with the project. The scope of services includes Comprehensive Project Management, Comprehensive Interior Design, FF&E, and Space Planning Support; CONOPS and Transitioning Planning; Acquisition Support Services to include package development, Activation, Delivery, Relocation and Installation, Training, and Turnover and Post Occupancy Support for the identified project. \n\nThis requirement will be set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) using FAR Part 12 and 37.
