WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the Strengthening Pediatric Hospital-Based Cancer Registration for Forecasting and Quantification of Childhood Cancer Medicines Strengthening Pediatric Hospital-Based Cancer Registration for Forecasting and Quantification of Childhood Cancer Medicines. The purpose of this Terms of Reference is to engage a qualified proponent to design, develop, validate, and pre-test a standardized capacity-building package for pediatric hospital-based cancer registration (HBCR). The package will convert the minimum dataset and reporting requirements established by the Philippine Cancer Center into a usable operational manual and training curriculum and will test that package with a select group of facility staff before wider rollout.
