The project also includes assessing the current and future performance of the water system, identifying levels of service deficiencies and recommending operational changes and capital upgrades for improvement, and developing a detailed Zone Management Plan (ZMP) with prioritisation, implementation plan and high-level capital cost estimation. The goal is to create a robust hydraulic model and comprehensive master planning document for our planning and operations teams to ensure a resilient and efficient water supply for the community now and into the future.
