Seasonal Mobile Food Vendor Permits

Description

The Town of Brookfield Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified mobile food vendors for exclusive seasonal operation of Ice Cream Trucks and Food Trucks at designated Town-owned locations. For the remainder of the 2026 season, four permits will be awarded. The Cadigan Park Food Truck location will not be bid until the 2027 annual bid cycle. Separate bids are required for each location. The successful bidders will provide seasonal food services ensuring safe, high-quality, and professionally managed mobile vending operations at the following locations (see proposed truck positioning in images below): Brookfield Town Hall,100 Pocono Rd Cadigan Park, 460 Candlewood Lake Rd Grays Bridge Recreation Area, 7 Old Grays Bridge Rd
