Introduction General Procurement Notice The UNDP Procurement Team is pleased to invite all prospective and existing suppliers to participate in a Supplier Training Session on the Quantum System . This session aims to strengthen suppliers’ understanding of the end-to-end procurement process within Quantum and will include a live demonstration covering: Supplier Registration in Quantum Bid Submission Process Bid Revision Procedures Overview of Evaluation Criteria and Compliance Requirements The session is designed to support suppliers in submitting responsive and compliant bids and to enhance transparency and competitiveness in UNDP procurement processes.
